基础读法规则
1. 逐个数字朗读
最常见的读法，将每个数字单独读出
123-4567 → one two three, four five six seven
2. 两位数组合
将连续的两个数字作为一个整体读出
1234-5678 → twelve thirty-four, fifty-six seventy-eight
3. 零的读法
电话号码中的0通常读作 "oh"
102-3456 → one oh two, three four five six
4. 重复数字
连续相同的数字可以用 "double" 或 "triple"
1122-3344 → double one double two, double three double four
国际电话读法
1. 国家代码
先读国家代码，通常加上 "country code"
+86 123-4567 → plus eight six, one two three, four five six seven
2. 区号读法
区号可以单独读出或与后面的数字连读
(010) 1234-5678 → area code oh one oh, twelve thirty-four, fifty-six seventy-eight
3. 分隔符处理
短停顿代替连字符，长停顿代替括号
800-123-4567 → eight hundred, one two three, four five six seven
4. 特殊号码
免费电话、紧急号码有特殊读法
911 → nine one one (紧急号码)
