The Story
It was a sunny Tuesday morning in Room 12. Mia opened her pencil case—and gasped! Her favorite yellow pencil with the tiny star eraser… was gone!
“Is that my pencil?” she asked Leo, who was sketching a rocket.
Leo shook his head. “Nope, mine’s blue.”
She checked with Zoe, Sam, and even Mr. Finch the hamster (who definitely doesn’t use pencils). Finally, she spotted it—on the teacher’s desk, labeled “Lost & Found.”
Mia learned: always write your name on your things… and sometimes, pencils just go on little adventures!
