基本规则：通常用 “in the evening”
在英语中，表示一天中的某个时间段（如 morning、afternoon、evening）时，通常使用介词 in。

特殊情况：使用 “on the evening of...”
当要具体指某一天的晚上时，应使用 on the evening of + 具体日期或事件。
